Russ Lowell

RUSS LOWELL, Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer, Russ Lowell, joined Strategic Operations in 2010.  Russ brings 25 years of management experience to STOPS spanning a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, software development, R&D and wireless. 

Russ played a key financial role at divisions of L-3 Communications and General Electric before joining STOPS. For the past 10 years, he has been associated with companies providing homeland protection, and high-tech military hardware.

Russ brings with him a track record of being recognized as a successful team leader and problem solver, with a focus on process improvements, financial controls, staff development, and the bottom line.

Russ Lowell is a graduate of Cal Poly University with a BS degree in Business Management.  He also earned an MBA from Cal State University, Fullerton.
He served in the U.S. Navy and holds an Extra Class amateur radio license.  

Russ is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), and the Association of Government Accountants (AGA).  He is currently preparing for the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential.
