1 YEAR APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD
Strategic Operations, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “STOPS”) warrants to the original purchaser that it will repair or replace components of the:

For all other warranted medical training products and subcomponents (listed below), the applicable warranty period is one (1) month from the receipt of warranty registration information. If the warranty registration is not completed the warranty period will begin thirty days after shipment of the applicable product and/or subcomponents of the applicable product.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
All warranty service must be obtained through STOPS, whether purchased directly from STOPS or one of the STOPS distributors. Warranty inquiries must be submitted and approved prior to shipping any product back to STOPS for evaluation. All warranty service inquiries must be made via one of the following:

It is the purchaser's obligation to arrange for delivery of a product or subcomponent to STOPS for warranty service - delivery shall be at the purchaser's expense. Return shipping will be at STOPS expense for repairs covered by this warranty. It is the purchaser's obligation to comply with the warranty service instructions provided by STOPS. It is highly recommended the purchaser provide STOPS with completed warranty registration information within thirty (30) days of receiving the product in order to obtain the benefits of this warranty either by returning the warranty registration card or by completing the warranty registration form on the STOPS website.

REPAIRS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Subject to the exclusions listed above, if the product is outside of the warranty period or warranty provisions, and repairs are needed, the customer should contact STOPS for a Return of Goods Authorization (RGA). Once the RGA is received, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to STOPS for product evaluation. STOPS will provide a quotation to the customer outlining the needed repairs and related costs or the cost of replacement in the event such action is necessary. Upon customer approval for work to proceed, payment will be collected for those repairs and the return shipping costs. The necessary repairs or replacement will then be made.
No person or firm is authorized to create or approve, for STOPS, any other obligation or liability in connection with this product.
LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THIS WARRANTY IS STRATEGIC OPERATIONS, INC. (STOPS) ONLY WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STOPS MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
No action may be brought against STOPS for breach of this limited warranty, or for any other claims arising out of or relating to the product, more than ninety (90) days following expiration of the limited warranty period.
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY; CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES DISCLAIMER
STRATEGIC OPERATIONS, INC. ONLY OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS. STRATEGIC OPERATIONS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DELAYS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR INCOME, LOSS OF USE, DOWNTIME, EMPLOYEE OR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WAGES, PAYMENTS, AND BENEFITS.
